My latest Samsung mobile came into it’s own during the amazing session last Wednesday.
Soon as I banked the first Carp and got setup to take a shot my good old Fuji camera refused to work, AAAGH SHOCK HORROR ! Session ON and NO CAMERA !
The driving rain had seeped in and gummed up the electrics.
Realising my new phone had a camera (and a good one at that) I switched over to get all the great shots of the day.
Saved by Samsung.
ps Fuji is home and dry again, think she’s a “fairweather Carper !!”
bye for now

Fresh from my trip to Lakeland Florida.
The American “Wrap Around” Polaroids.
Look a bit weird but provide great visibility and protection.

Another fruitful session today.
Chose most unlikely spot, middle of the lake to make for a stiff test, playing Liverlux against already proven Cokonut Kikka, doubles up sir !
Pulled in two 13lb 4oz mirrors. Both on our new baits.
The first came in at 1:40 on the new LiverLux 18mm boilie, put up a good fight too, had to keep him out of the lillies, oh for a longer rod !
Next up was the other chunky fighter dipping for the bottom for a while but was banked at 4:45 a beauty won with the untried Cokonut Kikka PopUp. Enjoy the shots guys.
signing off for now

Well, what an afternoon, the weather was heaving, sweeping side wind and driving rain. Just got setup around 12:30 with the New Cokonut Kikka Method Mix & 18mm Boilie…………bleep……zip, straight into a 4lb 4oz stockie Mirror, followed by another 5lb 4oz at 12:40. Just cast the boilie on its own next to find a feed response, bit of a gap, then a 10lb 12oz at 1:05. Back to a smaller 4lb 10oz stockie at 1:25. Then a ripper 10lb 12oz at 1:45. Missed the next take around 2:35 until 3:45 when I finished on an 11lb 6oz Mirror. They all fought well and I totalled 47lb exact.
Very pleased with the New Cokonut Kikka Method Mix, it triggered them off a beauty.
The crowning joy was the original hair boilie lasted the whole session, think I’ll frame it !

Latest research results are leading toward developing a bespoke method mix to suit each boilie. The breakdown cloud makes that cloak of intrigue irresistable for the fish. This system could be the combiantion we’re after, feeding hold plus the rig take, great ! Active product test already in action today.
